Work Parties at the

UW-Baraboo Campus Arboretum

BRPA leads work parties at two ongoing project sites within the city of Baraboo. The first is UW-Baraboo's Campus Arboretum where we are restoring an open oak woodland by removing invasive brush. Sunlight is returning to the forest floor, enabling native plants and birdlife to once again flourish in a healthy landscape.

Work Parties at the City of Baraboo's Maxwell-Potter Conservancy.

This recent edition to the city's growing amount of quality green space is located by the Pat Liston Dog Park. Views to the Baraboo River are excellent, especially for wintering Bald Eagles. Help us with management efforts at the site for a couple hours, then depart with a sense of accomplishment and new friendships...we build respect for our natural areas and local quality of life.
